What You'll Do

- Build at scale — Design and develop robust, high-performing applications using .NET, Angular, and SQL.
- Think beyond the ticket — Understand the bigger picture and turn complex business problems into elegant technology solutions.
- Shape the architecture — Contribute to technical strategy, design decisions, and engineering practices.
- Lead through influence — Mentor engineers, elevate code quality, and create a culture of continuous learning.
- Own outcomes — Take responsibility from idea and design through development, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Raise the bar — Challenge assumptions, introduce better ways of working, and help us continuously evolve our engineering capabilities.

What we're looking for

- 5-10 years of hands-on Software Engineering Experience

Strong expertise in:

- .NET / ASP.NET Core 8+/ C#, Angular 18+
- MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
- REST APIs, Microservices, DDD, Event-Driven Architecture
- Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage, Service Bus, Key Vault, Azure AI Services)
- Git, Azure DevOps / GitHub, CI/CD




- Integrating with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, REST/SOAP APIs, or other enterprise systems
- Experience leading development teams through architecture, design, code reviews, mentoring, and delivery
- A passion for solving complex enterprise problems with scalable, secure, maintainable, and AI-first solutions.

Nice to Have:

AI experience is a bonus. Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, AI-powered applications, AI-assisted development, or integrating AI capabilities into products will be highly valued.
