What You'll Do

- Author, repair and extend the reports N-central customers rely on, built in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
- Build and maintain extract, transform and load (ETL) pipelines that move data from operational databases into the reporting warehouse
- Model and maintain warehouse fact and dimension tables, including patch status and device availability
- Diagnose report failures and performance problems — long-running queries, lock contention, reports that break at scale
- Work with the analytics and eventing teams on the data feeding your warehouse
- Own this surface end to end; you will be the specialist for it

What You'll Bring

- 6+ years in reporting and data warehouse engineering
- Strong SSRS report authoring, including expressions and built-in functions
- SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) or comparable ETL experience
- Advanced T-SQL,



including query tuning and diagnosing lock contention
- Dimensional modelling — fact and dimension design for query performance
- C# for the reporting service layer
- Demonstrated use of Spec-Driven Development (SDD) and AI-assisted development lifecycle (AI-DLC) practices, or a directly equivalent methodology
- Java experience is beneficial
- Experience with reporting at multi-tenant scale is beneficial
