What You'll Do

- Build and ship features across Qynko's web and mobile platforms
- Own modules end-to-end — from architecture to deployment
- Lead and manage a development team — code reviews, task delegation, unblocking devs
- Drive AI-first development across the team — using tools like Claude, Cursor, and Copilot not as shortcuts but as core workflow
- Manage cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable backend services
- Collaborate directly with the founding team on product and tech decisions

Tech Stack

- Frontend: React.js / Next.js
- Mobile: React Native or Flutter
- Backend: Node.js, TypeScript
- Cloud & Infra: Google Cloud Platform or AWS, Firebase, Terraform
- Dev Approach: AI-driven development (Claude, Cursor, Copilot — you should be able to ship 2-3x faster with AI, not just use autocomplete)





You Should Have

- 4+ years of hands-on development experience
- Robust working knowledge of React/Next.js and Node.js with TypeScript
- Experience deploying and managing apps on GCP or AWS
- Familiarity with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code
- Firebase experience (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions, etc.)
- Mobile development experience with React Native or Flutter
- Proven ability to use AI tools deeply — writing features through AI agents, debugging with AI, prompt-driven architecture — not just tab-completing code
- Experience leading or managing a small dev team — you'll be expected to own delivery, not just your own code

Nice to Have

- Experience building SaaS or platform products
- Prior work at a startup or early-stage company
- Exposure to payment integrations, multi-tenant architectures, or creator/ed-tech platforms
