Candidate should be willing to work in 24*7 environement .
Willing to work in rotational shifts which would include night shift as well and weekens support.
Skill to support application, and fix issues quickly. Solid skills to drive and resolve issues in war-rooms (P1/P2 critical issues).
- Strong problem solving, analytical kills, Good communication and presentation skills, Good attitude and self-motivated.
- Prepare test planning & setup test data for break fixes. Execute test planning based on the fix requirements.
- Ensuring timely deliveries for all assigned tasks
- Participation in Design reviews, Test Case reviews, and Production Support readiness reviews for new releases.
- Support Prod and Release phases of the project via defect analysis, change maintenance, etc.
- Adhere to all quality requirements.
