As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, build and ship features end to end on client products, writing production code every day. You will work on the agentic systems at the centre of our business and help set the quality bar through code review.
Key responsibilities
- Feature ownership. Design, build, test, ship and support features in production across UI, APIs and data.
- Agentic systems. Build LLM-driven features for clients, including agents, tool calling, retrieval and evaluation.
- Code quality. Write tested, maintainable code, and review the work of other engineers.
- Estimation. Size and commit to your own work, and flag risk early.

What you bring

Preferred qualifications
- An LLM or agent-based feature built and shipped to production
- React Native for mobile development
- Experience in both startup and large-organisation environments
- Daily use of AI engineering tools such as Claude, Cursor or Copilot, with a transparent understanding of their strengths and limits
- A habit of building with new models and tooling as they emerge
- Experience reviewing code and mentoring junior engineers
