Senior Software Engineer - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) with strong technical expertise in X++ development and D365 F&O; customization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, integrating, and supporting enterprise-scale D365 F&O; solutions while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead technical development throughout the D365 F&O; implementation lifecycle.
- Design, develop, test, and support customizations, extensions, integrations, and SSRS reports.
- Build and maintain integrations using Data Entities, OData, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML.
- Perform code reviews and mentor development teams on best practices.
- Manage deployments, environment configurations, monitoring, diagnostics, and release activities.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Lifecycle Services (LCS).
- Support Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and participate in sprint planning and releases.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

Required Skills & Experience





- 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O; development.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working on the latest D365 F&O; platform.
- Robust hands-on expertise in:

- X++ Development
- Customizations & Extensions
- Forms, Tables, Classes

- SSRS Reports
- Integrations & APIs

- Experience with

- Azure DevOps

- Lifecycle Services (LCS)

- CI/CD Pipelines

- Release Management
- Jira & Confluence

- Solid understanding of
- D365 F&O; Architecture

- Chain of Command (CoC)

- Extensibility Framework

- Design Patterns

Functional Expertise Required

- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Sales
- Project Management & Accounting

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in data migration and transformation projects.
- Strong customer-facing experience including requirement gathering, solution design discussions, and issue resolution.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading technical teams, conducting code reviews, and mentoring developers.

Mandatory Requirement Real Estate or Construction industry experience is mandatory.
