Senior Sales Officer A Senior Sales Officer is responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, generating leads, conducting site visits, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities: Generate and follow up on sales leads. Handle customer enquiries and explain project details. Conduct and coordinate site visits. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.

Negotiate and support customers through the booking process. Achieve individual monthly sales targets. Maintain customer and sales records. Coordinate with the Sales Manager and other departments. Support junior sales team members and guide them when required.

Prepare regular sales and follow-up reports.

Preferred Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills Customer relationship management Sales and closing skills Valuable knowledge of real estate/projects Target-oriented approach Team coordination and leadership skills 2+ years of relevant sales experience (preferred)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
