Job Requirements

We are currently seeking a Senior Officer - Stores to join our team in managing the inventory and supplies for our real estate residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in store management, inventory control, and logistics.

Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of materials to construction sites
Implement best practices for inventory management and control
Supervise store staff and provide training as needed

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Proven experience in store management, preferably in the real estate industry
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and meet deadlines
Knowledge of inventory management software is a plus
