Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to Instagram Direct Messages (DMs).
Handle customer inquiries and conversations via WhatsApp.
Monitor and reply to Instagram comments while maintaining the brand's tone of voice.
Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, offers, and policies.
Maintain response time and customer satisfaction standards.
Keep records of customer interactions and report recurring issues or customer feedback.
Stay updated on company products, promotions, and social media guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent written communication skills in English
Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
Familiarity with Instagram and WhatsApp Business.
Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving mindset.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
