Responsibilities
Generate and source leads for residential and commercial projects.
Contact potential customers through calls, referrals, and field activities.
Explain project details and coordinate site visits.
Qualify leads and coordinate with the Closing Manager.
Maintain daily lead and customer records.
Achieve monthly sourcing targets.
Requirements
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Must have a personal bike/two-wheeler.
Must be comfortable with local travel and field work.
Target-oriented and energetic.
Freshers with valuable communication skills can apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Taloja, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
