Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Service Coordinator to manage customer service requests, assign field service engineers, and ensure timely resolution of complaints. The role requires solid coordination skills, technical understanding, and the ability to maintain accurate service records.

Key Responsibilities
Receive and log customer complaints/service requests (calls, emails, portals)
Analyze issues and assign service engineers based on location, urgency, and expertise
Coordinate with field engineers for timely visit and resolution
Track complaint status and ensure closure within defined timelines
Maintain detailed service records, reports, and history logs
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service completion
Prepare MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly service status)




Coordinate for spare parts availability with stores and procurement teams
Escalate critical issues to management when required
Maintain proper documentation for warranty and service contracts

Required Skills
Robust coordination and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple service requests simultaneously
Basic technical understanding of transformers / servo stabilizers / electrical systems
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
Problem-solving and customer-handling ability

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
