Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Job responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day residential construction activities.
Execute work according to architectural and structural drawings.
Monitor quality, materials, labour, and site progress.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
Check reinforcement, shuttering, concrete work, and finishing.
Requirements:
Practical experience in residential construction.
Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
Valuable site coordination and communication skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites in Chennai.
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
