Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the in office installation. This role involves managing site activities, ensuring timely execution, maintaining quality standards, coordinating with the project and fabrication teams, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor day-to-day site activities and work progress
Check material stock regularly and coordinate for material requirements
Coordinate with installation teams (Contractors, sub-contractors, site labour and vendors) to ensure accurate and timely execution of work.
Ensure work quality, safety, and timely execution
Provide regular updates to the project manager.
Willingness to work versatile shifts as per site requirements
Basic understanding of fabrication / construction activities
Maintain daily site logs including progress, manpower, and issues encountered.
Ensure sign-offs at various project stages and handover documentation is completed.
