Field Assistant Manager – NABL Testing Company

Experience: 3–5 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E./B.Tech – Civil preferred

Job Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate daily field testing activities.
Supervise field engineers and technicians.
Coordinate site visits and testing schedules with clients.
Monitor sample collection, testing, and documentation.
Ensure testing activities follow NABL procedures and company standards.
Maintain daily field reports and coordinate with the laboratory/reporting team.
Handle client queries and ensure timely completion of testing work.
Support audits and maintain required quality records.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of Civil/Material Testing.
NABL testing procedure awareness.
Team coordination and client handling.
Valuable communication and reporting skills.
Basic MS Excel and documentation knowledge.
Willingness to travel to project sites.
