We are looking for a Site Supervisor Intern with prior experience in civil/site supervision to oversee daily site activities, coordinate with workers and contractors, and ensure work is completed efficiently and according to required standards.

Responsibilities
Supervise day to day site activities and workers.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and in office teams.
Monitor work progress, quality, and timelines.
Maintain daily records of manpower, materials, and work progress.
Conduct basic site measurements and quantity checks.
Identify and report site issues, delays, and material requirements.
Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment.
Coordinate with the management team for smooth site operations.




Ensure basic safety and housekeeping standards are maintained.

Requirements
Diploma in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of relevant site supervision/civil work experience.
Positive knowledge of basic civil works and site operations.
Solid communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage and supervise workers.
Hands-on and comfortable working at the site.
Basic MS Excel/Google Sheets knowledge is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
