Job Summary

KANI INFRA is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Site Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries, site visits, follow-ups and property sales for our residential project at Palladam.

Responsibilities
Handle enquiries from customers interested in residential properties
Explain project details, pricing and available options
Coordinate and accompany customers for site visits
Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp
Maintain customer and lead follow-up records
Build good relationships with prospective customers
Coordinate with the sales team and report daily activities
Work towards achieving monthly sales targets

Requirements




Positive communication skills in Tamil
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
Two-wheeler and mobile Prefered
Real estate or field sales experience will be an advantage
Freshers with valuable communication and interest in sales may also apply
