Coaching: Resolve complex employee grievances, manage disciplinary procedures, and coach managers on performance management and retention strategies.Compliance &
Governance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws, statutory filings (such as PF, ESI, and skilled tax where applicable), and internal policies like POSH guidelines.Talent Acquisition &
Onboarding: Oversee full-cycle recruitment for critical roles, coordinate interviews, and run structured onboarding and induction programs.Performance &
Total Rewards: Support appraisal cycles, assist with compensation benchmarking, and manage local advantages administration.HR Operations &
Data Analytics:



Maintain accurate records in HRIS/HRMS platforms and generate metrics reports for leadership.Required SkillsAdvanced knowledge of employment legislation and regulatory compliance.Robust conflict resolution, negotiation, and interpersonal communication abilities.Proficiency in HRIS tools and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel reporting).High integrity, confidentiality, and organizational autonomy.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
