Role Summary The Sourcing Manager – Non IT Hiring will lead Taggd’s centralized Non IT Sourcing COE, supporting frontend recruiters deployed at customer locations. The role focuses on building robust talent pipelines across Non IT functions and ensuring seamless collaboration between COE and customer?facing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Build and lead a centralized sourcing COE based in Gurgaon
Partner closely with frontend recruiters at customer locations
Lead and manage a centralized Non IT sourcing team based in Gurgaon
Partner with frontend recruiters at client locations to support active hiring mandates
Drive sourcing for Non IT roles across functions such as Sales, Operations, Engineering, Automobile (Non IT), Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Corporate Functions, etc.
Leverage job portals, internal databases, referrals, and market mapping for proactive sourcing
Ensure robust pipeline quality, speed, and conversion ratios
Coach and upskill sourcing recruiters on advanced sourcing techniques
Track sourcing metrics and drive continuous improvement and best practices
Experience & Skills
8+ years of experience in Non IT sourcing / talent acquisition, preferably from Contingent/Consulting
Proven experience managing centralized sourcing teams or COEs - Preferred
Solid understanding of Non IT talent markets and sourcing strategies
Hands on experience with job portals (e.g., Naukri), ATS, and internal databases
Robust stakeholder management and team leadership skills

Role and team will be based out of Taggd’s Gurgaon office
Will work closely with onsite / frontend recruiters at customer locations
