Receive customers and understand their vehicle complaints and service requirements.
Prepare accurate Job Cards based on customer complaints.
Conduct preliminary vehicle inspection and identify required repairs/services.
Explain the repair requirements, estimated cost and delivery time to customers.
Coordinate with Technicians, Workshop Supervisors and Spare Parts teams for timely vehicle repair.
Monitor the vehicle repair progress and provide regular updates to customers.
Prepare and explain service estimates and additional repair approvals.
Ensure all repairs are completed according to OEM/Eicher service standards.
Conduct final vehicle inspection and quality checks before delivery.
Coordinate vehicle delivery and customer handover after completion of service.
Follow up with customers for service feedback and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate for quick resolution.
Promote periodic maintenance, value-added services and genuine spare parts.




Maintain proper records of job cards, estimates, invoices and customer interactions.
Achieve assigned service revenue, customer retention and workshop performance targets.
Follow workshop safety, 5S and company procedures.

Eligibility
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Degree – Automobile / Mechanical preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years in Automobile Service Advisor / Workshop operations preferred.
Freshers with valuable communication and technical knowledge can also be considered.
Knowledge of commercial vehicles will be an added advantage.
Valuable customer-handling and communication skills required.
Basic computer knowledge required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
