We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer with 7–10 years of professional software development experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C , C#, and WPF, along with a deep understanding of multithreaded application development, real-time system performance, and complex desktop application design.

This role will focus on developing and enhancing software solutions used in semiconductor manufacturing, inspection, test, or automation environments. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to build high-performance, reliable, and scalable software systems that support advanced semiconductor equipment and processes.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain desktop applications using C , C#, and WPF.

- Architect and implement multithreaded and concurrent software solutions to maximize

system performance and responsiveness.

- Develop software that interfaces with hardware components, instrumentation, motion control systems, and industrial automation equipment.

- Collaborate with systems, electrical, mechanical, and process engineers to define

software requirements and system architecture.

- Optimize application performance, memory utilization, and reliability for mission-critical

environments.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software, hardware, and integration issues.

- Participate in code reviews and promote software development best practices.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and test

procedures.

- Contribute to software architecture decisions and technology roadmaps.

- Support product deployments, system validation, and customer issue resolution when

needed.

- Maintain 4 hours availability during U.S.

Eastern

Time business hours to support





effective collaboration with the onshore team.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or

a related technical field.

- 7–10 years of professional software development experience.

- Strong proficiency in C (modern C preferred).

- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET development.

- Extensive experience developing desktop applications using Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF).

- Demonstrated expertise in multithreaded programming, synchronization mechanisms,

and concurrent application design.

- Experience with asynchronous programming patterns and performance optimization.

- Strong knowledge of object-oriented design principles and software architecture patterns.

- Experience using source control systems such as Git, Azure DevOps, or similar.

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in semiconductor equipment, semiconductor manufacturing, inspection,

metrology, lithography, test, or automation industries.

- Experience integrating software with hardware devices, cameras, sensors, motion control

systems, or instrumentation.

- Familiarity with real-time data acquisition and processing systems.

- Experience with high-performance computing and large data sets.

- Knowledge of design patterns such as MVVM in WPF applications.

- Experience with SQL databases and data-driven applications.

- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.

- Exposure to SEMI standards and semiconductor manufacturing workflows.
