Lovely Professional University is looking for an accomplished Social Media Manager to lead its digital presence, brand strategy, content innovation, and audience engagement across major social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the overall social media strategy aligned with institutional objectives.
- Lead content strategy, digital storytelling, creative campaigns, and platform-specific growth initiatives.
- Drive brand visibility, audience engagement, reach, and online community growth.
- Oversee campaigns for admissions, academics, placements, events, and institutional achievements.
- Lead and mentor creative teams while managing influencers, agencies,



and digital partners.
- Monitor analytics, establish performance KPIs, and optimize strategies for sustained growth.

Desired Profile:

- Relevant experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, or Digital Communications.
- Proven expertise in leading social media strategy for large-scale, high-visibility brands or organizations.
- Solid leadership, creative thinking, communication, analytics, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience in the education sector will be an added advantage.
