Responsibilities:

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Site Engineer to manage and supervise construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, timelines, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project management teams.
- Monitor manpower, material, and equipment requirements at the site.
- Check the quality of construction work and ensure compliance with required standards.
- Review and interpret structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site reports, and work records.
- Verify measurements and coordinate with the billing team for contractor bills.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize material wastage.




- Ensure proper execution of RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, and other construction activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify deviations or quality issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
- Ensure compliance with site safety rules and company procedures.
- Attend site meetings and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
- Identify delays, technical issues, and site constraints and communicate them to management.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and overall site discipline.
- Support project planning, execution, and handover activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 6–7 years of relevant experience in real estate / building construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and site execution.
- Valuable understanding of structural and architectural drawings.
- Experience in handling contractors, subcontractors, and site manpower.
- Strong knowledge of quality control and construction safety practices.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to independently handle site activities and resolve execution-related issues.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and construction-related software.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
