Senior Social Media and Influence Marketing

We are looking for a Senior Social Media and Influence Marketing professional who can drive social-first content, influencer collaborations, and digital brand initiatives across platforms, with a robust focus on Instagram and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

- Stay updated with emerging social media platforms, trends, formats, content styles, and audience behaviours, particularly on Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Plan and execute engaging short-form content, including Reels, videos, social posts, and other platform-specific formats.
- Identify relevant influencers and content creators aligned with the brand's target audience and positioning.
- Manage end-to-end influencer collaborations, including identification, outreach, briefing, negotiation, coordination, content approvals, and execution.
- Coordinate with creative, influencer, and digital agencies to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and content.




- Develop influencer briefs and ensure that brand messaging and campaign objectives are effectively translated into creator content.
- Be comfortable with shooting and coordinating short-form video content, including basic understanding of framing, lighting, scripting, shooting, and content presentation.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop creative concepts and social-first content ideas.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for the brand to participate in relevant conversations and formats.
- Track influencer and social media campaign performance and provide insights for improving future campaigns.
- Maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, agencies, and other external partners.
- Support the execution of social media campaigns, launches, activations, and brand initiatives.
