Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.

- Execute construction work as per approved architectural and structural drawings.

- Check line, level, alignment, dimensions and measurements at different stages of construction.

- Supervise RCC works including footing, column, beam and slab.

- Check reinforcement steel, shuttering/formwork and other works before concreting.

- Monitor masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring and other finishing works.

- Coordinate and manage contractors, subcontractors, workers and site manpower.

- Monitor daily manpower attendance, productivity and work allocation.

- Check quality of construction materials and ensure proper material utilization.

- Monitor material consumption and minimize unnecessary wastage.

- Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and site records.





- Track daily/weekly construction progress against the project schedule.

- Identify technical/site issues and coordinate with seniors, consultants or contractors for resolution.

- Check measurements and assist in quantity calculations, BOQ and contractor billing.

- Ensure proper curing and other required construction practices.

- Maintain site discipline, cleanliness and housekeeping.

- Ensure workers follow required PPE and site safety procedures.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors and the project management team.

- Report delays, material requirements, manpower issues and technical problems to management.

- Support timely completion of project milestones.

Pay: ₹10,965.82 - ₹37,757.07 per month
