We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Coordinator (Architecture & Interior Design) to oversee site coordination across multiple projects and lead a team of Site Coordinators. The role acts as a key link between the Design, Drafting, Site, Contractors, Vendors, Consultants and Clients, ensuring that site requirements are identified, communicated and resolved within required timelines.

Key Responsibilities - Lead, guide and mentor the team of Site Coordinators across multiple projects.

- Monitor site visits and allocate site responsibilities to Site Coordinators based on project requirements.
- Monitor site progress, pending works, critical issues and follow-ups across projects.
- Ensure Site Coordinators actively follow up on drawings, approvals, materials, vendors, contractors and site decisions.
- Identify discrepancies between drawings, site conditions and actual execution and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Coordinate with Design and Drafting teams, contractors, vendors, consultants and clients on site related requirements and issues.
- Provide management with concise updates on project progress, critical issues, delays, and actions required.

They are expected to take ownership of the process: Identify → Assess → Communicate → Problem-solve → Coordinate → Follow up → Close The ideal candidate should be able to understand what is happening at a site, identify what needs attention, determine who needs to act and by when, and ensure that it gets done.

Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in interior design, architecture, and site coordination.

Travel: Willingness to travel for scheduled site visits & projects across India.
