Role Description The Senior Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day construction activities and site operations for residential and commercial projects in Coimbatore. This full-time, on-site role includes supervising civil and structural works, coordinating with architects, consultants, and subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.

Responsibilities also include resolving technical issues, supporting project planning and scheduling, and providing clear communication to the project management team and clients regarding timelines, risks, and site requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong on-site project supervision skills, with experience managing daily construction operations and site teams.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal project stakeholders.
- Proficiency in quality control practices, including inspections, compliance with standards, and documentation of site activities.
- Solid foundation in structural engineering, with the ability to interpret structural drawings and ensure correct execution on site.
- Skilled background as a civil engineer, with hands-on experience in residential and commercial construction projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; advanced certifications in project management or construction quality are an advantage.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
- Ability to work independently, make sound technical decisions, and manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.
- Experience with project scheduling tools and basic proficiency in CAD or similar design software is beneficial.
