The role

You will deliver robust SAP SD and MM solutions and improve master data quality by configuring modules, leading master data initiatives and aligning SAP processes with business needs. You will work closely with business process owners, master data teams and IT architects and report to the SAP Program Lead.Success looks like reliable, well-documented SD/MM configurations in production and a measurable improvement in master data accuracy and process adoption across sales and procurement.

About the company The company is part of a global retail manufacturing organisation. The company builds and runs core IT platforms that support design-to-delivery and go-to-market activities for sportswear and sporting goods. This role exists to strengthen SAP application capability across sales, procurement and master data as the organisation standardises processes and prepares for larger platform harmonisation efforts.

What you will do

- Drive and deliver end-to-end SAP SD and MM configurations that support Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Lead master data initiatives: define governance, improve data models and reduce duplicate/incorrect records across materials, customers and vendors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, procurement, warehousing, IT) to translate requirements into SAP design and ensure smooth deployments and hypercare.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues in SD/MM,



implementing sustainable fixes and knowledge transfer to support teams.
- Produce clear documentation, test plans and runbooks to support ongoing operations and future upgrades/migrations.

What you bring

- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience working with SAP SD and SAP MM in production environments, including configuration and support.
- Demonstrable experience in master data management for materials/customers/vendors and implementing governance processes.
- Experience participating in S/4HANA migrations or integrations (design, testing or cutover) is expected.
- Strong configuration skills: pricing, billing, deliveries, availability check, material master, purchasing, MRP-relevant master data.
- Evidence of working with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- English language skills sufficient for collaboration with international teams.

Nice to have

- Experience within sporting goods / apparel retail or manufacturing environments.
- Exposure to SAP MDG or third-party master data tools.
- Prior involvement in global template roll-outs.
