Role: Senior Salesforce Business Analyst – Global Delivery Centre

Salary Upto – INR 15 Lacs

Global coverage: Hybrid Gurugram + remote model, with potential extended coverage shifts of 2:00 PM–11:00 PM IST or 5:00 PM–2:00 AM IST, depending on project and global collaboration requirements.

- The role is with world’s largest specialist sustainability consultancy, and work on purpose-led Salesforce initiatives supporting global business teams across regions and functions.
- Own business analysis for Salesforce initiatives by acting as the key liaison between IT Business Partners, business stakeholders, the Salesforce Platform/COE team, and delivery teams.
- Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions through clear user stories, process flows, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and actionable requirements for development teams.
- Bring 4+ years of Business Analyst experience, including 2–3+ years focused on Salesforce CRM, with strong understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, and Agile delivery.
- Leverage Salesforce expertise, particularly Sales Cloud, with exposure to MCAE and/or Net Zero Cloud considered an advantage.




- Support the complete delivery lifecycle — requirements discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, documentation, training, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Work with global stakeholders across time zones, managing priorities, facilitating communication, coordinating business availability, and ensuring successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
- Drive governance and quality through process documentation, SOPs, controls, data integrity initiatives, audit support, integration awareness, and data migration best practices.
- Contribute to Salesforce innovation and optimisation by identifying automation opportunities, improving existing processes, and supporting adoption of new Salesforce capabilities and best practices.
- Ideal profile: Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, a continuous-improvement mindset, Agile delivery experience, and Salesforce Administrator and/or Business Analyst certification.
