Key Responsibilities
Manage Instagram & YouTube end-to-end.
Create and execute monthly content strategies & calendars.
Plan engaging Reels, YouTube Shorts, long-form videos, carousels & stories.
Develop robust hooks, captions, titles, CTAs & content ideas.
Research trends, competitors and viral content opportunities.
Manage YouTube SEO, thumbnails, titles and descriptions.
Track analytics including reach, views, watch time, engagement, retention and follower/subscriber growth.
Continuously optimize content based on performance.
Coordinate with the founder, content creator and video editor.
Focus on organic growth, brand building and generating qualified enquiries.

Requirements
2–4 years of experience in social media management.




Solid understanding of Instagram & YouTube algorithms.
Excellent content ideation and copywriting skills.
Knowledge of Canva, CapCut/Premiere Pro preferred.
Valuable understanding of trends, audience psychology and analytics.
Experience with health, wellness, personal brands or D2C brands is a plus.
Portfolio of Instagram/YouTube work is mandatory.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of Instagram & YouTube growth—not just post content. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate
Patiala, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
Social media management: 1 year (Preferred)
