We are seeking a Snowflake Lead with robust expertise in Snowflake, DBT/Medallion Architecture, and Informatica to drive enterprise data engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical skills with proven team leadership experience to deliver scalable, high-performance cloud data solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of Snowflake developers and data engineers.
Architect and implement scalable data pipelines using Snowflake.
Drive ELT workflows leveraging DBT, Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold layers),
or Informatica.
Collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure data quality, governance, and performance optimization across projects.
Mandatory Skills:
Snowflake (advanced, optimization, data modeling)
DBT / Medallion Architecture / Informatica
SQL, ELT/ETL design
Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Team leadership and stakeholder management
Preferred:
Snowflake certification
Experience with contemporary data lakehouse architectures
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
