SALES EXECUTIVE –

Position: Sales Executive

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: Calicut, Kerala

Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on sales leads.
Identify potential customers and develop recent business opportunities.
Present and promote company projects/products to prospective customers.
Conduct client meetings and site visits.
Maintain regular follow-up with leads and customers.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer and lead records in the CRM.
Coordinate with the marketing and project teams.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Build strong and qualified customer relationships.

Qualification & Experience
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of sales experience preferred, preferably in real estate.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented with solid customer-handling abilities.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
