Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily maintenance and repair activities.
Plan preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, machinery, and facilities.
Lead and allocate work to maintenance technicians.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and other maintenance issues.
Ensure safety standards and maintenance procedures are followed.
Maintain maintenance records, reports, and spare-parts inventory.
Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize downtime.
Requirements:
Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant technical field.
2–5 years of experience in maintenance supervision.
Valuable troubleshooting, team-management, and communication skills.
