The ideal candidate should have experience in retail, FMCG, grocery, or warehouse operations. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.

Ensure accurate inventory management and stock reconciliation. Monitor inbound and outbound material movement. Lead and guide warehouse staff to achieve operational efficiency. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards.

Coordinate with stores, procurement, and logistics teams for smooth operations.



Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports. Minimize inventory variances and ensure stock accuracy. RequirementsGraduate in any discipline. 3+ years of warehouse supervision experience in Retail, FMCG, Grocery, or Supply Chain operations.

Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes. Solid leadership and team-handling skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and warehouse management systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
