We are looking for an experienced and agile Senior Manager – Supply Chain Management (SCM) to oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in logistics, warehousing, and vendor management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and streamline end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, and distribution.
Oversee warehousing operations to ensure efficient inventory management and storage.
Manage and coordinate with transportation vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with logistics partners and vendors.
Monitor key supply chain metrics and implement improvements for operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, procurement,
and finance for seamless operations.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
5–6 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management.
Prior experience working with an FMCG company is mandatory.
Strong experience in managing transportation vendors and logistics partners.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Positive analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and supply chain management tools/ERP systems.
