We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students/parents, explaining our computer education programs, generating walk-ins, and supporting the admission process. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective students and parents.

Explain course details, perks, fees, and admission procedures. Generate and follow up on leads through regular calls. Convince and motivate prospects to attend counselling sessions. Coordinate with the Admission Counsellor and Branch Team.

Maintain daily call and follow-up records. Follow up with interested candidates until admission. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and walk-in targets. Handle customer queries professionally. Maintain proper CRM/Excel/Google Sheet updates.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions. Maintain valuable communication and relationship with students/parents.
