Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Store Executive to manage day-to-day store and inventory operations in a manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for material handling, stock management, documentation, and coordination with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store and inventory operations.
Receive, inspect, and maintain records of incoming materials.
Issue raw materials, components, and other items as per requirements.
Maintain accurate stock records, inward/outward registers, and inventory documentation.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate for timely material replenishment.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Prepare and maintain GRN, material issue slips, stock reports, and related documents.
Ensure proper storage, identification, and arrangement of materials.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts teams.
Maintain inventory data using Advanced Excel and/or Tally.




Support periodic inventory audits and ensure proper documentation.
Follow company safety, housekeeping, and inventory control procedures.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of Store & Inventory Management.
Solid working knowledge of Advanced Excel.
Working knowledge of Tally is required.
Positive documentation and record-keeping skills.
Knowledge of material inward/outward processes.
Basic understanding of manufacturing industry operations.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to maintain accurate inventory records.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
3–4 years of experience in a manufacturing industry, preferably in stores/inventory operations.
Candidates must have hands-on experience with Advanced Excel or Tally.
