Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
Handle inbound enquiries and route them appropriately
Explain products/services and follow up on leads
Maintain call logs and update the CRM/database
Requirements:
Positive communication in Malayalam, English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / data entry)
0–2 years experience
Qualification: Any Graduate
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
