Position: Telecaller
Location: Market Building Indera Textile
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers and potential clients.
Explain products, offers, services, and promotions clearly.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Generate leads and support the sales team in achieving targets.
Maintain records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
Ensure qualified and polite communication with customers.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduation.
Valuable communication skills in English, Hindi & Odia.
Basic computer knowledge.
Freshers can apply; telecalling/sales experience will be an advantage.
Positive attitude and positive convincing skills.
Ability to work with targets and follow-ups.
Preferred Skills: Communication Customer Handling Lead Generation Follow-up Basic Computer Knowledge
