Explain beauty, makeup, hair, skin, nail, cosmetology, and nutrition courses.
Convert inquiries into admissions.
Maintain lead records and update CRM/Excel sheets.
Schedule counseling sessions and campus visits.
Handle WhatsApp and phone inquiries professionally.
Coordinate with the marketing teams.
