Role Description

We are looking for a Tax Litigation Lawyer with an Accounting Background to handle tax disputes, regulatory matters, and financial legal compliance. This is a full time role based in Secunderabad. The ideal candidate will have experience in tax litigation before appellate authorities, tribunals, or courts, along with practical accounting knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
Represent the company in tax litigation cases before appellate authorities, tribunals, and courts.
Handle disputes related to Income Tax, GST, VAT, and service tax.




Prepare and review tax filings, appeals, and legal documentation.
Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and legal consultants.
Ensure timely response to notices, demands, and litigation matters.
Support the finance team in structuring tax-productive business transactions.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) and LL.B.
Minimum 5 years of experience in tax litigation and appellate matters.
Solid understanding of Indian tax laws, corporate finance, and accounting principles.
Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and litigation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with accountants and finance teams.
