Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end counseling to students aspiring to study in Australia.
Evaluate student profiles and suggest suitable courses, universities, and pathways.
Handle application submissions

: admission forms, offer letters, COEs.
Conduct GTE (Genuine Temporary Entrant) assessments and ensure compliance with visa rules.
Guide students in preparing SOPs, financials, and supporting documents

.
Assist in lodging student visa applications (SC500) and maintaining accuracy in documentation.
Stay updated with visa policies, immigration updates, and university requirements

.
Coordinate with universities, colleges, sub-agents, and internal departments

.
Handle student walk-ins, office consultations, and online inquiries professionally.
Maintain CRM/records of applications, visa lodgements, and approvals

.




Ensure timely follow-ups with students and parents.
Support in organizing education fairs, seminars, and social media activities

.
Report daily/weekly progress to the Manager/CEO.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in Australia student counseling & admissions.
Solid understanding of Australian education system, GTE, and visa process

.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication

.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under deadlines

.
Ability to build trusting relationships with students and parents.
