Role & responsibilities
Design and own scalable full-stack application architecture using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) and Angular/React.
Define architecture standards, coding practices, and engineering best practices.
Build scalable microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven systems.
Drive AI-first engineering and adoption of AI-powered development tools.
Lead quality engineering, test automation, and CI/CD best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust technical solutions.
Conduct architecture reviews and ensure technical consistency across teams.
Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence.
Evaluate current technologies and drive continuous improvement.
Maintain architecture documentation and reduce technical debt.

Preferred candidate profile




10+ years of software engineering experience with robust expertise in .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) and Angular/React.
Proven experience designing scalable application architectures and microservices.
Solid knowledge of REST APIs, distributed systems, and event-driven architecture.
Expertise in SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
Experience with test automation, quality engineering, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong understanding of software design patterns, security, and engineering best practices.
Hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
Proficiency with Git, code reviews, and architecture documentation.
Excellent leadership, mentoring, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
