Perform tack welding of fabrication components as per engineering drawings and production specifications.
Read and understand fabrication drawings, dimensions, and weld symbols.
Position, align, and hold plates, beams, channels, angles, and structural components before final welding.
Operate MIG/MAG or tack welding equipment as required.
Ensure proper alignment, dimensions, level, gap, and squareness before tack welding.
Use measuring instruments such as measuring tape, scale, try square, and welding gauges.
Check tack welds for proper strength, size, and positioning.
Coordinate with Fabrication Fitters, MIG Welders, QC Inspectors, and Production Supervisors.
Make necessary corrections if components are misaligned or incorrectly positioned.
Follow daily production targets and quality standards.
Maintain proper 5S, housekeeping, and workplace safety.
Use required PPE and follow welding safety procedures.
Handle materials and components carefully to avoid damage and distortion.
Report quality issues, dimensional problems, or machine/equipment issues to the supervisor.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
