Job Description:
5+ years’ experience in Automotive Seating - Design & Development
Engineering experience required on Seat Frames, Plastics, Seat Foam, Seat comfort features like ventilation, heating, massage & Seat Covers with leather trimming
Robust Process knowledge of component & function development
Process documentation and presentation capabilities with excellent communication, e.g. Open Issues, weekly reporting & tracking, timely escalations.
Having VW Product Emergence Process Knowledge is robust advantage
Complete ownership of product development is required with very minimal support from team lead
Robust Decision making ability coming from technical experience
All Prototype & Series Build CAD support role is required, strong experience is expected
Understanding of DFM & DFA
