Key Responsibilities
Understand manpower requirements from respective departments.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate selection, salary discussion, offer release, and joining.
Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS.
Support campus hiring and recruitment drives.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
13 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust follow-up and coordination skills.
Positive knowledge of recruitment portals and MS Excel.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and timelines.

Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Auto Components preferred.
