Role Description The Sales Manager will lead and execute sales activities to drive bookings for hotel accommodations, banquet events, and corporate functions at The Veloria Grand. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with key corporate and individual clients, and managing the sales pipeline to meet revenue targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, preparing proposals, conducting site visits, negotiating contracts, and coordinating closely with operations, events, and front office teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.

The Sales

Manager will track market trends, maintain accurate sales reports, and contribute to promotional strategies and partnerships that strengthen the property’s market presence. The role also requires regular follow-up with existing clients to encourage repeat business and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in hospitality or event sales, including client acquisition, relationship management,



and revenue generation.
- Strong abilities in negotiation, contract management, and closing high-value deals for corporate and social events.
- Experience in market research, forecasting, and creating sales plans to achieve or exceed targets.
- Proficiency in communication and presentation, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and represent the brand professionally.
- Comfort with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis to monitor performance and optimize strategies.
- Previous experience in luxury hotels, banqueting, or hospitality sales in Bengaluru or similar markets is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site with a versatile schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
