About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in real estate sales, team leadership, customer acquisition, and closing high-value property deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Managers/Executives.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Drive lead generation, site visits, negotiations, bookings, and closures.
- Build solid relationships with customers, investors, and channel partners.
- Develop and manage the channel partner/broker network.
- Monitor sales pipelines, conversion ratios, and team performance.
- Coach the team on sales techniques and improve productivity.
- Handle key customers and support the team in closing high-value transactions.




- Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, Finance, Legal, and Project teams.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for senior management.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM is an added advantage.
- 6–10+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in real estate.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience in residential/commercial real estate sales and channel partner management.
- Strong customer relationship and business development skills.
- Highly target-oriented and self-motivated.
