Senior Sales Executive / Team Lead – US Education Sales Company: Hanux Learning Private Limited Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh Work Mode: Work From Office Shift: US Night Shift – 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST Working Days: Monday to Friday Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month Performance Incentives Experience: 2–3 Years About the RoleHanux Learning is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive / Team Lead with strong International/US Sales and closing experience . The candidate will handle US-based customers, take closing calls from the first-voice sales team, convert qualified leads into paid enrollments, and support the sales team in achieving its targets. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle second-voice and closing calls from qualified leads.

Speak with US-based customers and understand their requirements. Explain professional training and certification programs. Handle customer objections related to pricing, programs and enrollment. Negotiate and close high-value sales.

Follow up with interested and hot leads. Achieve individual monthly sales targets. Guide and motivate junior sales executives. Monitor team performance, follow-ups and lead quality. Coach team members on objection handling and closing.

Track CRM activities, sales pipeline and revenue.



Support the team in achieving daily and monthly targets. Requirements2–3 years of sales experience.

Experience in International Sales / US Sales / Inside Sales / EdTech Sales preferred.

Experience as a Senior Sales Executive, Sales Closer, Team Leader or Assistant Team Leader preferred. Excellent spoken English and communication skills. Strong sales closing and negotiation skills. Good objection-handling skills.

Comfortable communicating with US-based customers. Solid follow-up and lead management skills. CRM and sales pipeline experience. Ability to guide and motivate junior sales executives. Target-oriented and comfortable working in a night shift.
