Role Description The Branch Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Katghora.

The Branch

Manager will oversee day-to-day branch operations, including managing staff, monitoring service quality, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include driving branch business growth, achieving sales and collection targets, building and maintaining customer relationships, and identifying local market opportunities. The role will also involve reviewing and approving loan proposals as per delegated authority, monitoring portfolio performance,



and implementing risk management practices.

Manager will prepare regular reports, coordinate with regional leadership, and create a positive, inclusive work culture focused on performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience supervising staff and driving branch performance.
- Proficiency in sales, business development, and customer relationship management within financial services or related sectors.
- Sound understanding of lending, credit evaluation, collections, and basic risk management practices.
- Ability to manage daily branch operations, including documentation, process adherence, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Comfort with using computers and standard office software; familiarity with financial services systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, commerce, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- Prior experience in a branch leadership role in banking, NBFCs, or financial services is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced workplace.
