Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customers, converting prospects into business, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through calls, references, online channels, and other sources.
- Contact potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with customers.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.
- Support and guide junior sales executives when required.





Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Prior experience in telecalling, financial services, personal loans, banking, or NBFC sales will be an added advantage.
